JULIA LEPORE

Julia is a passionate dancer currently in her second year attending the University of Michigan. She exemplifies her commitment in both dance and academics as a student and dedicated member of the University of Michigan Dance Team, while working toward a dual major in Bachelors of Fine Arts as well as Psychology.

Julia’s dance journey began at Suzettes Masters of Dance, where she danced competitively for seven years. She further enriched her dance experience as a member of the Eisenhower Varsity Dance Team where she was eventually voted Captain, and a performing artist in the contemporary company “The Works” for two years. Julia’s extensive training encompasses various dance styles including ballet (Cecchetti and Russian techniques), lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, modern, acrobatics, and partnering.

Julia has experience choreographing at several studios, teaching master classes, teaching workout and technique drop-ins, and assisting at both conventions and clinics. She is determined to inspire her students to push beyond their limits and flourish their growth in the world of dance!
